Professional Services Westaedt (PSW)/Westaedt was founded in 2003 as an accredited business architect firm. The company quickly acquired various international orders as an independent partner for formulating and implementing business improvements.
PSW specialized in optimizing business processes, coaching employees and management, improving coordination and follow-up of operational activities and professional and uniform design of processes and organization in order to measure and improve efficiency and quality.
In 2015 PSW was christened the Optimize Group, a new ICT group with a unique concept aimed at small, medium-sized and large (multinational) enterprises. Since then the Optimize Group has focused on three core activities: optimization of business processes, flexible business software (for Windows, OS X, Unix and Linux operating systems) and support services.
